Phoenix Florist - La Paloma Flowers

Online order went through very smoothly, next day delivery. It was late on the day of the Birthday and I decided to see if the store would deliver that day...and they did, in one easy call! Very friendly, flowers were perfect. I'll always go to this local store in PHX for the personal touch they delivered, as well as the simple online order process.

I can't say enough good things about the fantastic experience with this flower shop. I live out of state and needed to send flowers to a friend who was in the hospital. After placing the order, I found out my friend was being released early. I called the shop, a bit stressed, to see if they could redirect the delivery to their house, even though it was out of their normal delivery area. To my great surprise and relief, the manager, Naomi, told me it was no problem at all and actually delivered the flowers herself, free of charge. This level of service is rare and truly exceptional. I am so grateful for their willingness to help and would recommend them to anyone!

Ordering on-line is super easy and the recipient called immediately to tell me the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. Order the day before and everything went as expected.
